In-stock items (usually just about everything), is generally dispatched within 72 business hours [ Custom or specific design units excluded ] after confirmation of your bankers authorization of funds and our receipt of your return information as per Welcome letter. Xen sometimes runs out of items leading to backorders. When we occasionally do, you receive an e-mail giving you our best guess when we will be able to ship and allow you to choose you an alternate best design / colour

Normal shipping is by Express Air Mail to the United States and Europe or Overnight Post within the boundaries of the SADEC region. The post, express to the U.S. and Europe takes about seven days. Custom Service and delays in addition to transit time may occur. Please confirm this before ordering.

There is no documentation, handling or shipping charges to countries outside South Africa, if your order is $70.00 and more. Countries within the SADEC region are subject to a shipping cost of R 45.00.

Xen also offers TNT worldwide Express Shipments door to door. We charge $60.00 to all counties except South Africa where to rate is set at R145.00 for overnight door to door delivery.
