GENERAL INFORMATION - INTRODUCTION
We
appreciate the difficulty of buying by mail order. Xen requires that
all Xen
wearers become loyal to the Xen Brand. With this in mind and
alleviate most of the known stresses, Xen has provided you with all
the information we believe you need for your protection and a sound
purchase.
IMPORTANT:
Due to South African Forex restrictions the amount you see in your
local currency will be charged to your credit cards in ZAR [ South
African
Rand.] The currency change is 100% within the international requirement.
There may be slight variations due to the time lag between your order
and Xen gaining authorisation from your card bank.For you protection
Xen does not charge your account until we are satisfied that you are
the
card holder.
After
placing your order Xen will send you an email with the details of your
order and an order number. NETCASH.CO. ZA will send you a purcahse
receipt for your tax records. The xen fitting deptartment will write
you a Welcome letter wherein we shall ask
for
your physical
measurements.
Where necessary
we will
custom
cut your swimsuit to fit you body flow. Please be kind enough to supply
these ASAP.

If
you by chance change your mind over the colour or size, after purchase
please advise us in time to prevent unnecessary dispatch.

We
are really happy to change colours or styles before they are dispatch.
We ask that you are not unreasonable and expect us to change items
24 hrs before dispatch. Do this well before time and you will be
happy.

If
you know that you or your customers have difficulty with commercial
fitting let us know and we shall ask our designers to help you.
As an added
value
service we shall manufacture a specific cut item at no extra charge.
In such cases it may take up to four weeks to design cut and manufacture
your swimsuit.

Private
Buyers - Please do not purchase items as test fit or look see.
We have a network
of retailers [ South Africa only ] to service needs such as this.
It goes without saying that we would expect you to buy from the
retailer if you have made use of his services. Xen has a 100% customer
satisfaction record and if you have answered you welcome letter
and supplied the correct sizes you will have a near perfect fit
swimsuit.
PLEASE
NOTE: Upon order placement, you will receive two notices. The
first from
Netcash - our credit card clearing house -
The second, a welcome letter from Xen. Please be sure to reply to
your
Welcome letter. Your prompt reply assures you of the best service and
best fit for your figure.
To ensure that all goes well with your purchase we have in place
a number of client protection systems. Our secure online payment is
done
through Virtual Card Services a leader in secure billing systems. Based
in South Africa, VCS is known for its exacting
attention to detail and protection of its user base. Vitual
Card Services is by South African law,
fully compliant with the Financial Inteligence Company Act and is
a registered Finanacial Services Provider.
MOST
IMPORTANT: In certain instances, where the Credit card processor
has
advised risk, Xen shall require a signed purchase order form that must
be faxed to us confirming your status as the authorised person. This
is in the interest of protecting you our client against fraud.
PRIVACY -
Xen will not keep your personal banking information for longer than
it takes for you to reply to our welcome letter. Xen shall not sell,
distribute, or refer your personal information to any other party
except under court order.
As a Xen customer
you may over the coarse of the year receive the odd e-mail with the
latest news or special offers. We promise to keep these to a minimum
as we understand that advertisement mail is a pain in the butt. The system allows a number of credit
cards as well as Visa electron or Maestro Credit cards to be used.
As a private buyer you have other order options if you do not have
either debit card or Credit card

CONDITIONS OF

It is important
to note that,
Only goods returned to the factory for inspection will qualify for
replacement or exchange. See

In
instances where acknowledged faults exist,
Xen shall replace the defective item within 48 hrs. of receipt
of the returned item free of all toll. In those instances
where the items does not meet with that listed in the warranty,
the item shall
be repaired. The return and forwarding will be for the clients
account.

Items
that are supplied to the requested size, colour, colour trim and style
as per client order do not qualify for monetary refund and will be
swapped at managements discretion. A swap and handling fee of $29.00
[R188.00] is charged. NOTE: No charge is levied if the client
requests a style or size change before the ordered items are dispatched.
No refund or swap on custm cut units.
- If you
receive a size mix that was not ordered. You must advise Xen
immediately by email info@xen.co.za or
Facsimile+27 {0}31 4691958.
MOST
IMPORTANT: In certain instances, where the Credit card processor

do not assume your sizes based on your clothing or that sized
on our fitting chart. The Size chart being a general international
sizing for your information purposes only.
- Upon
placement of your order, in ALL instances, you
will be asked by Xen via our welcome letter to
confirm your
size colour, style demand. Please ensure that this request is
answered as soon as - preferably
within 24hrs of order placement -
reasonable possible otherwise your order will delayed.
Alternatively, If you do not supply a valid contact telephone
number or e-mail
address your order may be cancelled at our discretion
[see
next paragraph]
- If your
reply to our welcome letter is not receipted by Xen within
13 days your order will be executed as per that requested
via the shopping cart. In this case NO REFUNDS will be entertained
as it is accepted that the sizes and colours you ordered
meet
with your
requirement.
- Order
cancelation -
It must be clearly understood that Xen allows the customer
6 hrs grace to cancel your order. Once your card is processed
by
Xen administration your order may not be cancelled. It is also
the responsibility of the customer to ensure that when placing
an order expected delivery times can be met. We strongly suggest
that you contact Xen to query delivery times to your country.
- Under No circumstances
must it be assumed that Xen is a fitting service. An administration
fee, full postage / freight cost and a handling and return charge
of $29.00 { R188.00] will be for the customers account if the item
is returned for unwarranted refund. NOTE: No refund or swap on custom
cut units.
- Xen cannot
be held responsible for delays in Freight or Postal services.
All
customers will be supplied with a tracking number once the order
has been dispatched. A valid mobile /cell phone number and
email address is most important.
- Once dispatched
and a tracking number supplied to the purchaser Xen's liability
shall cease unless the customer makes a direct request for freight
insurance.
- Xen will
NOT accept swap returns if the item has been worn or used in
anyway
whatsoever. The item is to be pristine condition and free of
bodily fluids, Suntan or Body lotion stains as well as snags
and other errors
that go with wear.
- It is
an express condition of sale that the buyer /wearer / end
user is aware of the personal physical damaged that can be caused
by
the Suns harmful Ultra Violet
rays
and
that the buyer / wearer / end user waives all claim against
Xen for
any personal damage, loss or injury of a slight or chronic
nature, including damages,
loss or injury to a second party while wearing or
being
in the possession of Xen swimwear. see

Handling
Instructions
- Even
though Xen ensures that the finest quality fabrics and threads
are
used to manufacture your Xen unit, neither the Fabric manufacturers
nor Xen will accept liability for colour fade. Please note
that
every
item
has
a plastic
coated
tag
with care
instructions.
Follow these and your swimsuit should last forever.
- Xen will not entertain returns / swaps
/ repairs / refunds for those items that have been washed / soaked
or cleaned
with
household or other Detergent or used in commercial or private
swimming pools or other facility where chlorine or other
bleaching water purification medium is used.
- Always hand rinse in cold, clean tap
water after use and squeeze dry in a towel - Never wring
out excess water - To dry,
avoid direct Sunlight. In other words treat your Xen like
you would expensive Lingerie and you will be forever happy.
- If you have a stain that needs
to be removed drop us a mail and
we shall see if we can help.
This
also includes inter alia, those who walk / run
into poles, fall into holes, crash cars, break legs, twist ankles,
damage
noses
,rear ended cars, incur whiplash, trip over steps, scrape faces
on
the pavement or suffer from Sunburn on their tongues
OR get blinded or otherwise injured while looking at women
wearing Xen swim wear. XEN SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THE
AFORESAID OR ANY OTHER CONTRIVED MOTION THAT HAS DIRECT BEARING
ON IMMORAL THOUGHT OR JUST DOWNRIGHT CARELESSNESS / STUPIDITY.
Exchanges
PVT BUYERS - Depending
on valid reasons Xen is happy to exchange any item that has been purchased
in the wrong size, colour. In these instances the cost of return shipping
and dispatch are for the clients account the latter must be paid before
factory dispatch. You may not request a size or colour exchange
if the item has been in your hands longer that 7 days or has been used
in any manner whatsoever. see
