• Xen allows their online retailers to opt for either Stock or Direct purchase using a Credit card. Each method has its benefits and related discount structures.
• Special offer or other commercial marketing tactics must be approved by Xen before your custom is advised.

Affiliate with existing e-commerce

If you have e-commerce web site facilities and wish to register as an affiliate please read the following.

• You must register as a Xen retailer Retail applications to obtain your Xen profile and discount package.
• No direct link access to the Xen web site is allowed. Your customers are yours and NOT Xen's
• Once registered you may sell any of the Xen swim wear range in any four colours or combination of colours of your choice at the retail price your demographic can carry.

• It will be your responsibility to collect your customers money.

• The difference between the price you sell at and the price Xen charges will be your profit. See**
• Custom sizes orders are permitted and will be negotiated if you have need of such service. Do not place a custom order unit you have confirmation from Xen.
• Xen will deliver world wide on your behalf using International Air mail. See**2
• Xen's liability ceases once the order has been dispatched and shall not be liable for any errors, or mis- representation on your part.
• No third party retail sales are permitted. Mirror sites must be register within the Xen data base.
• Xen shall be absolved from liability relating to any damage or injury or loss of any nature experienced by your customer.

** Two e-commerce options are available

1. You carry stock to enable fast dispatch and delivery to your customer within your Locale.
2. You sell, collect the money, then purchase off the Xen web site using your personal code and we dispatch worldwide to your customers nearest post office.

Non e-commerce sites, The rules as above apply to the non e-commerce site. If have a web page that does not have e-commerce but still wish to sell Xen. We have the answer.
