How to Place an order

Small Orders : Independent or Sole proprietor operations

Parcels under 2kgs [4.4lbs. or about 20 Bikinis ]. - We have notice that the biggest problem facing the independent small retailer is the thought of paper work and perceive problems associated with the import of products. These operations for the most part pay a high price through Importers and Freight forwarders or are usually required to place minimum orders.

Xen has made it quite easy to import small parcels using the postal service. For the most part the parcel is sent to the individual owner bypassing the need for a customs clearance code. All that is needed is that you collect the parcel from your local Post Office.

Payment for International Parcel Post will be included in the Pro-forma invoice or in the case of an online Credit Card purchase we would have added the cost into your discount package.

NOTE: Xen cannot be held responsible for delays in Freight or Postal services. All customers will be supplied with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. A valid mobile /cell phone number and email address is most important. Xen's liability ceases once the item is dispatched and the relevant tracking number is provided to the customer. Freight insurance is obtainable at low cost.

Low Volume Orders : Proforma invoice - Direct Bank payment - In the case where the parcel mass [ weight ] exceeds 10kgs [22 lbs = +-100 units] it may be better to use an express parcel service or freight forwarder if you need stock within five days. You will require an importers certificate. [Obtainable from your local customs office or department of trade]. Please advise us if you have a preffered freight company. The express parcel service freight forwarder once provided with your HS code and importers number will clear your parcel with Customs on your behalf. Please note: Parcel service companies usually include this as part of their service. If you wish to use our nominated freight company see below

ADVISORY : Always compare the International Express Air rates with that of International Airmail post. Most times the extras few days wait lowers the unit end price substancially.

Bulk orders : Orders over 30kgs - Where established Importers or Agents require to place an order with specific needs, these would make contact with Xen using our contact e-mail form found on the Index page.

How to register Step one: After you have satisfied yourself that our product is in line with your sales vision please register as a retailer / importer etc. You must fill in all the fields and have a pay e-mail service and operational land line.

Step two: You will be required to enter a secure site. All information provided will be confidential. You will have to enter your selected password and user name.

Step Three: Xen Call-back will advise your acceptance as an Retailer together with your Password and Username by return e-mail. and Retailer profile number if you have elected to pay by Credit Card. Note: This process will take 24 hours as we must validate your application before supplying you with your discount structure.

Step four: Log on in the space provided for retailers on the main page. This will ensure that you get the correct factory price and NOT the Internet retail. Register Now

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: If you have elected to pay by Credit Card you will be supplied with a personal retailer Profile number. This number must be entered into the YASKIFO invitation code box and validated before you enter your other required information. Please keep this number in a safe place.

How to Place an order Xen has ensured that you can place your order with the minimum of stress whether you are a small independent or a buyer for a afiliated internet retailer. You would enter the site using your log in, go to the shopping cart, place your multiple order and submit.

Please note: If you have requested a Pro forma invoice at the time of registration you will be supplied with the same by facsimile or e-mail. Once your order has been confirmed and you wish to continue purchase the pro forma must be return Facsimile +27[0] 31 4691958 with your signature. We shall then await your deposit before continuing with your order process.

ALTERNATIVELY if you wish to pay using your company or personal credit card you will be issued with a secure certificate allowing you to obtain the relevant discounts at the time of purchase.

.EXAMPLE 1: If you are registered as an independent and you require a pro-forma invoice your order will be processed with the information you gave at registration. All you have to do is sit back and wait for Xen to contact you to confirm and discuss freight delivery dates etc. Any delivery address changes must be supplied at that time.

EXAMPLE 2: If you are a Buyer from a Independent retailer making a inquiry the same principle applies as above.

EXAMPLE 3: If you are a small retailer who pays by credit card you will be guided through the step by step process.
